APCU/Center Parc’s Audio Response Telephone Service makes it easy to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your phone. It’s safe, private, and free no matter how many transactions you perform!

To use our Audio Response Telephone Service, simply call one of the numbers listed below and follow the step-by-step prompts. The Audio Response Telephone Service is menu driven, so you will receive helpful instructions that guide you through each transaction. There’s even a special “help” message to assist you in getting the most from the KeyTeller Service.

Get Started

To get started, call our Audio Response Telephone Service any time, day or night:

Follow the step-by-step prompts to enter your member number, choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN), and verify your identity with your Social Security Number.

When choosing your PIN, select something that is easy for you to remember but difficult for someone else to guess. Avoid using: birth dates, first names, pet names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, etc.
