Follow the step-by-step prompts to enter your member number, choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN), and verify your identity with your Social Security Number.
When choosing your PIN, select something that is easy for you to remember but difficult for someone else to guess. Avoid using: birth dates, first names, pet names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, etc.
