Enrolling in APCU's free KeyTeller Audio Response Service is quick and easy. Here's how:
Using a Touch-tone(r) telephone, simply call the KeyTeller at your convenience-anytime day or night.

When instructed to do so, enter your Atlanta Postal Credit Union member number followed by the (#) sign. Listen to the KeyTeller prompts carefully. The KeyTeller system will lead you with step-by-step directions. Choose an easy-to-remember PIN and enter it followed by the (#) sign. Never use passwords that are easy to guess. Examples of bad passwords are: Birth dates, first names, pet names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc. For verification, the system will prompt you to enter your Social Security Number. Please enter your complete nine-digit number. Obtaining the information you want is simple. The KeyTeller system is menu driven so once you enter your member number and PIN, you receive helpful instructions that guide you through each transaction. There is even a special "help" message to assist you in getting the most from the KeyTeller Service.

Key Teller is safe and private. Only you know your PIN (not even Credit Union employees have access to your PIN) so, please be sure to keep your PIN in a safe place. Because you need both your member number and your PIN to access KeyTeller, your privacy is always assured. The Key Teller Audio Response service is free to our members. No matter how many times you use KeyTeller or how many transactions you perform, there is never a fee or charge. This is what you will hear:
