First Time Users

You will need to create a password to access the Internet Branch. Use our KeyTeller Audio Response Service to set up your password. Here's how:

Using a Touch-tone(r) telephone, simply call the KeyTeller at your convenience-anytime day or night.
In Atlanta Calling Area: (404) 763-2728
In Georgia: (800) 822-0251
Outside Georgia: (800) 849-2728

When instructed to do so, enter your Atlanta Postal Credit Union member number followed by the (#) sign. Listen to the KeyTeller prompts carefully. The KeyTeller system will lead you with step-by-step directions. When prompted, choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is easy for you to remember but difficult for someone else to guess. Examples of bad passwords are: Birth dates, first names, pet names, addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers, etc. Enter the PIN you selected, followed by the (#) sign. For verification, the system will prompt you to enter your Social Security Number. Please enter your complete nine-digit number.
