* Business accounts are not eligible for Courtesy Pay, but may be eligible for Overdraft Protection. APCU pays overdrafts at our discretion. This means we do not guarantee we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction when there is not enough money available in your checking or designated overdraft protection accounts to cover the item. For example, we may not pay overdrafts when you are in default on a loan with APCU or your account is otherwise not in good standing. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined. We will charge you a fee of up to $30 each time we pay an overdraft transaction. APCU will not charge you a fee if you overdraw your APCU account by $5 or less. Repayment of the overdraft amount is required within 32 days to maintain eligibility for this service. If you have additional overdraft items during this time, the account still must be brought to a positive balance on or before the 32nd day from the date of the initial overdraft item. Deposits received by APCU during the 32 days will be applied first to your overdrawn Checking Account balance.
