Internet Branch Visa Access Update
Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience we caused you during our Visa platform conversion. Access to the Visa accounts using the Internet Branch was restored Wednesday afternoon at 5:15PM. All but just a few of the new features are now available for your use. There are changes of which you need to be aware. These include:
- If you used more than one account to make your Visa Credit Card payments, you will need to set some of those accounts up again as only the last active payment account was brought into the new program with the conversion.
- When you make a payment, you need to use the drop down menu to identify the account from which the payment is to come. The transactions will need to be confirmed and submitted for final payment to occur. You may need to scroll down using your right hand scroll bar to see the "submit" button. You will receive a confirmation when the transaction is complete.
- To log off of the Visa site, you must click the (X) in the upper right hand corner of the window to securely close your session. This will return you to your account within the Internet Branch.
